Getting started

Activate your account and sign in

Tenant accounts are connected to the household’s building and unit. You sign in with your building, unit, and private four-digit PIN—not with your email address.

1

Open your activation email

Use the newest link sent by The Cove Living. The link is personal to your household and expires after seven days. Check your Junk folder if you do not see it.
2

Create your four-digit PIN

Choose four numbers you can remember but others cannot easily guess. Do not share the PIN outside your household.
3

Select your building and unit

On the Tenant Login page, choose the correct building/address and unit from the list, then enter your PIN.
4

Recover or change your PIN

After three incorrect attempts, request a secure reset link sent to the primary tenant email. When signed in, go to My Profile → Change My PIN to update it at any time.
Use only the newest link. Requesting a new activation or PIN-reset email cancels older unused links.

Home dashboard

Your Home page shows useful local information and gives you quick access to the most-used tenant services.

☀️

Open Sports Scores, then choose NHL, MLB, or NFL. Recent and upcoming games appear in the same panel.

Jump directly to Maintenance, Notices, Documents, and My Unit. The dashboard also shows open and total maintenance requests.

Submit a complete issue for faster repair follow-up

The guided issue assistant helps collect the details staff and repair professionals need. You review the final summary before anything is submitted.

1

Choose the type of problem

Select Plumbing, Electrical, Heating / HVAC, Appliances, General, or Other. Mark the request Urgent only when prompt attention is genuinely needed.
2

Describe what is happening

Include what you see, hear, smell, or notice; when it started; whether it is constant or intermittent; and anything that makes it better or worse.
3

Add photos and equipment details

Attach a clear photo of the issue. For appliances or equipment, also photograph the manufacturer label and enter the make, model, and serial number when available.
4

Review before submitting

Confirm the concise repair summary, permission to enter, and preferred access times. Staff review the request before arranging or contacting a repair person.

Do not wait for an online reply in an emergency.

For fire, smoke, suspected gas, immediate electrical danger, active flooding, or any threat to life or safety, leave the danger area and call 911 when appropriate. Use the emergency instructions under Support.

Community Board

Connect with neighbours safely

The Community Board is for resident updates, events, recommendations, marketplace items, and lost-and-found posts.

Accept the guidelines

The first time you open the Community Board, review and accept the rules for respectful, relevant communication.

Create posts and replies

Select + New Post, choose a category, add a title and message, then publish. Open a post to read or add replies.

Edit or delete your content

Open your own post to use Edit My Post or Delete My Post. You can also edit or delete your own replies.

Report or block safely

Open another resident’s post to report it for review or block that user. Blocked users can be managed from Blocked Users at the top of the page.

Reporting sends the post to The Cove Living for review. Blocking hides that resident’s Community Board content from you; it does not disable either tenant account.
